Mindful of the demographics of the Sport, the Network has been built so that anyone who can use Microsoft Word can manage their part of the Network.   As all development tools are available online, all that is required is access to the internet via a web browser.  No other specialized web development software, or knowledge, is required.

Bowls operates within a tiered organisational structure, wherein the various tiers have select information that they need to share amongst themselves and/or general information which they need to share with the public.  The Network allows all tiers to electronically imput and retrieve information; the standardised format of this network means that data can be stored for operational purposes or for analysis and the generation of reports.
